There is a story talking about making choices in stock market. There three groups to choose the targets in stock markets. Each of them used their own method.

Team A: They used fundamental analysis.

Team B: They used technical analysis.

Team C: They just let a monkey shoot darts, and choose the targets which was shooted.

In the end, the team C’s benefit higher than team A and B.

O.K., this is joke. I don’t believe this will happened in real world. But this story gave me some inspiration. What if we choose a method which can give me a random number, and I choose targets by these numbers. Just like shooting darts.

A new index of day trade.

A new index of day trade.

Recently, I am looking for an index which indicates the good target of day trade. If we take a look of Nikkei, there are 4000 around target you can trade in one day. Which one is easier to do day trade? Which one is good to do long term investigation?

I am trying to use the index below.

1: (Highest price within 5 days – Lowest price within 5 day) / Moving average 5 day

2: (Highest price within 5 days – Lowest price within 5 day) / (Highest price within 5 days + Lowest price within 5 day)

I am going to write a program to scan all targets in Nikkei (Japanese Stock Market), and rank the results from high to low.

Since I listed two indexes, two of results will list together. Judge which one is more fit the market.

Last week, DeNA’s price went up and down. On Friday, the price got 1650, you can seem this is the best during these weeks. DeNA is a very good target to play daily trade.

Previous, Nikkei-225 was close to 20,000 on early-Apr, and over 20,000 on mid-Apr. Then the golden week was come, and Nikkei-225 back to 19200 after long vacation. I don’t really what’s going during golden week. I still trying to figure out what was happened. But yesterday and today, Nikkei back to 20,000 again. Does it can stably higher than 20000 for a long time?

This is another Day Trading Highlight. Seven Bank is under 7-11 company. In Japan, all the 7-11 has a ATM and cooperate with lots of banks. If your bank belong these banks, you can draw your money with no charge 4 times/ month. In Japan, if you want use A bank’s card on B bank’s ATM, then you need to pay some trading fee. In some local bank, even you are withdraw the money during bank’s off time or holiday, you still need to pay trading fee!
